… towards your Dream Home!

1. Gather ideas
Every home starts with a good idea. You and your loved ones have probably had yours in mind for a long time. And you probably already have a fairly clear idea of what you want. Right? Bring along sketches, photos and suchlike to your consultation, so that we can see exactly what you have in mind.

2. Consult us
We can advise you, no strings attached. We have representatives all over Germany and have an expert near you who will be happy to answer your questions.

3. Find a plot of land
Maybe you already have one, or maybe you are still looking. Either way, step 2 can help you either to make the best use of an existing plot or paint a clearer mental picture of what you are looking for.

4. Planning with an architect
On the basis of what we have discussed, your architect will plan a design and you will receive a quote.

5. Choosing the details
After the initial planning stage, it is time to decide on the details: windows, doors, technical and sanitation installations, extras etc.
Building your home is without a doubt one of the greatest adventures in your life. That is why you should be brave and put forward your wildest and most practical ideas, thinking left and right – just be creative!

6. Fixed quote, financing and signing the contract
Once you know everything you want, you will be given a fixed quote, and this price is binding for 15 months. After your bank has given the go-ahead, all you have to do is say “yes”.

7. Application for planning permission
This is also the architect’s job. All you have to do is sign the application.

8. Beginning to build
Once the local authorities have approved your application, building will start with preparing the land or laying the foundation slab. Your personal consultant will not leave you on your own until we have fulfilled our contract to build the home of your dreams.

10. Skeleton and roof truss
Once the walls and roof truss are finished, a traditional topping out ceremony is held with everyone involved in building.

11. Tiling the roof
The roof is tiled. If you wish, solar panels or a photovoltaic system can be integrated or built on.

12. Windows, shutters and exterior doors
The next step is to close the exterior shell of your house.

13. Interior finishings
Build the walls, install the electric, plumbing and heating pipes, plaster the walls etc., mount the doors, insulate the roof and basement ceiling, install and tile the bathrooms etc., lay the floor coverings, fit the technical installations (heating etc.) – this is all part and parcel of the interior finishings.

14. Prepare the drive and garden
Finally, the outdoor areas have to be prepared. Soon, muddy shoes will become a thing of the past!

15. Accepting and approving the building
Once everything is completed in accordance with the contract and to your satisfaction, you will be asked to accept and approve the building works.
