CREOPLAN's shell homes are an advanced construction system, combining modern building technology with high-quality, ecological construction materials. CREOPLAN solid walls are designed using our own CAD technology and produced on production lines which are equipped with customised formwork.

Precise fabrication, storage and transport allow for "just in time" logistics at the building site. Experienced teams of assemblers, using mobile cranes, make sure that the shell of your home is built to meet our high quality standards.

When we talk of a short construction time, we mean it literally! Just 4 days after the foundation slab has been laid, your house (shell) will be standing! *

• Drafting assembly plans in accordance with individual architectural plans
  
• Producing and storing the finished walls in our assembly store
• Manufacturing the foundation slab
• Transporting and assembling (with mobile cranes) the finished sections

2nd Phase - Building

• 1st day: Assembling the ground floor walls and ceiling
• 2nd day: Assembling the top floor walls
• 3rd day: Assembling the roof truss
• 4th day: Roof cladding and plumbing
