The layout is based on a classic semi-detached home
The entrance is located in the middle of the house. Stairs lead to the apartment doors. The bedrooms, bathroom and living room are off of the entrance hall. Each apartment offers plenty living space for 2 – 4 people.

As peaceful as you wish your own house to be, on an everyday basis it can be practical if you are not completely alone. In many families, each generation helps the other. They share the workload and also the fun!

This functions ideally in a semi-detached house which enables you to accommodate entire generations. When your children are small, you may choose to live with their grandparents.
Later in life, you might share a home with your grown-up children and small grandchildren or possibly even with friends.

Extra advantage: rental income or saved rental payments can help to secure your family finances on a long-term basis.

Two in one
You can choose to separate the ground floor into a 3-room apartment and the first floor as a 2-room apartment. Or vice versa. Naturally, both have a living room, kitchen a small utility room. As with all CREOPLAN homes, the layout is flexible and can be adapted by way of extensions, bay windows, dormers, balconies and other similar elements. We are just as flexible as you are.
