Town Villa

Simply a little bit more of everything – this is the premise on which our prestigious town villa is planned. Of course it could also be your office. Or your country home, as its Mediterranean style is after all reminiscent of Tuscan architecture.

The main entrance leads into a bright hall. To the right, you pass through the large kitchen into the spacious living/dining area which covers more than half the ground floor and has natural light on three sides. Upstairs are three rooms, some with a separate dressing room, and a bathroom which benefits from natural daylight.

For families or as an office or country home

Anything goes. The rooms are airy, with high ceilings, and stay tidy thanks to well-placed storage space. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a dressing room which means that the actual sleeping area can be decorated and furnished esthetically without the need for wall cupboards. On the ground floor, a storeroom and the utility room make sure that your guests only see what they should see: namely, your designer kitchen and exquisite interior design.

The basement has plenty of space for technical installations (heating etc.), a laundry area, storage and even a wellness oasis with a sauna and jaccuzzi.

Upgrade with an extension

An extension would also allow your office or practice to be integrated in your home – this will allow you to combine your work and home environments without having to make any compromises.
